Lakshya is a diagnostic and learning platform designed to provide assessments, cognitive insights, performance analysis, and learning recommendations.

3. Educational Disclaimer

Lakshya provides educational insights and diagnostic recommendations only. The platform does not guarantee examination outcomes, ranks, admissions, or academic success.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree:

• To provide accurate information
• Not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform
• Not to copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute platform content without permission
• To use the platform only for lawful educational purposes

5. Student Usage

Schools, parents, or guardians may facilitate access for students and minors. Responsibility for supervision remains with the parent, guardian, or institution.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, assessments, reports, designs, workflows, branding, and analytics systems remain the intellectual property of Traxof Technologies Private Limited.

7. Platform Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, academic, financial, or consequential damages arising from platform usage.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
